As CEO of Mogo Marketing, Doug has spent 15 years developing cutting-edge marketing and media solutions for clients and partners. In 2011, Doug established MogoARTS, developing a high-impact vertical within the arts and non-profit communities. Doug is an industry leader and true thinker, and has spoken at a number of industry events, including the AMA Symposium for Marketing of Higher Education, the Tessitura Users Conference, and the National Arts Marketing Project. In 2014, with Doug’s fearless leadership, Mogo was recognized as #49 on the list of the Bay Area’s Top 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies. Mogo was also named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies in the nation in 2015.

Sheri Mowbray

Co-Founder & CFO

As one of Mogo’s original founders, Sheri brings 20 years of media and management experience to the organization. She serves as CFO, providing Mogo critical financial and strategic oversight. Sheri is a mother to twin teenage daughters, a relentless early-morning gym-goer, and a dedicated community volunteer.

Danielle brings nearly a decade of digital advertising experience to her role as the Director of Operations at Mogo. She is well versed and experienced in digital strategy, project and operations management, and solution/systems implementation.

Julie oversees the MogoARTS Marketing division, building partnerships with cultural organizations across the U.S. and Canada. Julie is a seasoned and respected arts marketer, having risen through the marketing ranks for over 18 years at San Francisco Ballet, where she eventually served as Director of Marketing and Communications. Julie thrives on working closely with clients to find innovative solutions to today’s arts marketing challenges and needs. In her “free” time, Julie spends time with her husband and two teenage daughters, and enjoys cooking, walking, gardening, and of course - the arts!

Anna Nogueiro

Director, Human Resources

As the primary steward of Mogo’s culture, Anna is passionate about cultivating a collaborative, fun work environment filled with engaged, empowered and enthusiastic team members.  Anna brings over 20 years of experience in staffing and HR to Mogo and is responsible for all areas of HR including finding and hiring great talent. Anna is married, raised 2 children to adulthood, liberated them from the nest...and now they are back.

Jonathon joined Mogo from the digital performance agency Efficient Frontier, acquired by Adobe. Jonathon comes from a background of finance and accounting and is effective in applying these analytical skills to Mogo client campaigns and the Mogo Digital Lab. Jonathon graduated from Saint Mary’s College of California with a BS in Business Administration and Economics. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, concerts and watching the 49ers or Giants.

PPC Manager

Maria's background cultivating organic web presence through search engine and social media marketing has equipped her with the diverse skills and expertise required to manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising for Mogo's client partners. Maria is dedicated to exploring the ever-expanding tactics and trends of paid search and social advertising and helping client campaigns succeed. Originally from Boston, Maria takes every chance she gets to enjoy the west coast weather by hitting the streets with her camera or exploring local coffee shops and book stores.

Summer Gourdin

Strategic Client Partner, Major Accounts

Summer brings 20 years of dynamic media knowledge and experience including Digital, Broadcast, Sports and Cause Marketing. She’s worked for leading advertising and media firms such as Foote, Cone and Belding and DMB&B, as well asGE/NBC Universal, CBS, FOX and IAC/Interactive media, serving accounts like Nestle USA, Pepsi, Coke, General Motors, P&G and Disney. Summer has developed several educational community outreach programs for non-profits, arts & educational organizations, and state & local government agencies. She’s received awards from the LA County Department of Public Works and Harrah’s Corporation for her marketing programs. In her spare time, you can find Summer in Napa or Sonoma enjoying the fruits of the vine, hiking the picturesque trails of Marin, or playing with her dogs, Lucy and Posey.
